Lux measurements
CIJ Borculo B.V. now also offers lux measurements. With this service, we test whether your lux meter measures the correct level of light intensity. We compare the reading of your instrument with our certified reference meter, which has a range of 0 to 1500 lux. This way, you can be confident that your measurement results are reliable and that you meet quality and safety standards, for example during workplace inspections, occupational health requirements, or audits.

Why lux measurements are important

How we perform lux measurements
During a lux measurement, we connect your measuring instrument to our test setup. We then compare the reading with our certified reference meter, which has a range of 0 to 1500 lux. This allows us to immediately determine whether your instrument measures correctly or if deviations are present.
Thanks to this method, you receive a clear and reliable verification, carried out by experienced specialists with the right equipment. The result is a report that demonstrates your lux meter meets the required accuracy and standards.
